Product Description
The peristaltic pump is mainly used for conveying corrosive media, long fiber media, gas-liquid mixture, solid-liquid-gas mixture, toxic media, radioactive media, and high-viscosity media. It easily solves many transportation problems in various industries' production processes. It has a wide range of applications in industries such as smelting (gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, tin, cobalt, manganese), phosphate fertilizer, titanium dioxide, citric acid, rare earths, rare metals, inorganic salts, desulfurization and environmental protection, water treatment, paper making, and paint.

Structural Features
The rotor of the pump rotates inside the pump chamber filled with lubricant, pressing the hose tightly together with the pressure plate and pump casing. The hose is divided into two volumetric chambers. During the rotation process, the medium discharged from one side of the tube is transported to the outlet, while the other side creates a vacuum and inhales the medium. The volume between the rotors is equal to half of the transported volume per revolution. During the rotation process, the pump continuously transports this volume flow from the inlet to the outlet.
