The foam cold press is a mechanical environmental protection equipment that squeezes foam plastics according to the principle of spiral rotation to generate pressure and performs cold compression treatment on them.
1. It can reduce the foam volume exponentially and increase the density, which is conducive to the recycling and utilization of foam and the landfill treatment of polyurethane foam.
2. The foam cold press is divided into two categories: EPS foam cold press and polyurethane cold press compressor, which are respectively suitable for the recycling and treatment of EPS/EPP/EPE foam plastics and refrigerator polyurethane foam plastics. Polyurethane foam has a higher density than EPS/EPP/EPE foam plastics and is treated with polyurethane foam cold press compressor equipment.
3. The effective density compression ratio reaches 10-16:1, which is convenient for polyurethane foam landfill treatment. After EPS/EPP/EPE foam plastics are compressed by the foam cold press, the density increases and becomes a square block, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
