The working principle of the color sorter is mainly based on the following points:
1. Material entry: The material first enters the feed port of the color sorter and is driven by the evenly distributed vibrating conveyor belt to move along the chute or straight channel.
2. Photoelectric detection: When the material passes through the selected area, the photoelectric sensor detects the color, shape, size and other characteristics of the material through the photoelectric effect.
3. Image analysis: The material image captured by the high-definition camera will be transmitted to the background for processing and analysis, and compared with the standard color plate in the database to identify abnormally colored particles.
4. Signal processing: According to the detected heterochromatic signal, the control system will trigger the corresponding separation execution system, such as blowing away the heterochromatic particles through a gas nozzle, causing them to change their trajectory, thereby achieving the separation of good products from defective products.
5. Sorting effect: Finally, high-quality particles and defective products are sent to different discharge ports respectively to achieve the purpose of sorting.
