Uses: Used for carding cotton swabs, cotton balls, medical cotton, cosmetic cotton production. The absorbent cotton is opened and driven into the cotton box by the opening machine, and the cotton box evenly enters the carding machine. The strip can be carded by the carding machine, or the net can be carded into the net laying machine into the degreased cotton roll. 1.This machine is for fully cardig the fiber batt following opening and blending, then forming parallel or random web through doffer and random if required, which is then supplied to the next processes.
2. The carding machines cover all types of fiber, synthetic and natural fibers etc, from very fine to very coarse deniers, fiber length up to 120mm.
3.Card with cylinders up to 1.5meters in diameter&up to2.5meters in width are produced as normal standard.
4. Card main cylinders are balanced to a surface speed of 1500meters/min,output speed up to 80m/min, web weight 12~62 gram/m².
5.Card capacity is depending upon card type. fiber denier, types of fiber,but can be excess of 800kgs/hour.
6.All types of card both single and double doffes can be fitted with randomizer rolls or dependent on customer's needs.
7.All drives including main drive, doffers, workers, feed rolls etc are variable speed.Metal detection devices are standard on feed rollers.
